CHANGE POLICY

- We will replace the items you ordered if it has a design error or stains; you do not need to send the damaged item back.
- Complaints about orders are only resolved 7 days after receiving the goods. After 7 days we will no longer deal with complaints
- We do not offer refunds if the goods you received is exactly what you anticipated.
- Bespoke orders cannot be returned, and after three hours have gone after the purchase, there are no refunds available.
