Simply choose your style on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!
Orders from our store typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.
The processing time is from 2-5 days, this time using to accept cancel orders because of remorse or wrong orders, pick the items, package them, and ship them to our shipping carrier, update the tracking information.
We also have expedited shipping by FedEx, the delivery time is from 7-12 days
Check your email: You can view the status of your order by accessing the tracking details link in your shipping confirmation email (you will receive this when your product ships). In addition, you can simply enter your order # in the ‘track packages’ link listed in the support section of our website.

Return Instruction
If you would like to return an item to Sneaker Store, please follow the instructions below within 7 days of delivery. Safely pack the things within the original packaging that came with the merchandise . All Handbags must be returned in fitness .If the Handbags received is broken , please contact Customer Service.
Exchange

If your item has any defects or errors on our part, we will replace the item at no additional cost. The damaged product does not need to be returned. If we are unable to replace the product due to inventory issues, we will refund you or send you a comparable item of your choice.
